Sparks Fostering Team

I am a School Improvement Provider (SIP) and Behaviour Consultant. I work in Schools around the country and at the time of writing am the SIP in schools in Hereford, Bournemouth, and Brighton. I am a former School Leader, and my background is in Special Educational Needs. I work with local schools and families on behaviour and notably self-regulation.

I have worked in Mental Health, for the National Children’s Home and in Fostering. I sit on Foster Care Panels and am a School Governor at my local primary and Trustee at an Independent School in London where I was an Interim Headteacher previously.

In my spare time I am married to a Primary and Yoga Teacher who I met when we were shortlisted for the same job 30 years ago (Sandra got the job). I have two adult daughters. I love all sport, am a rugby referee, football coach and hapless golfer.
