Bonus payments for referring foster carers

Sparks Fostering recruits foster carers throughout England. 

There’s a national shortage of foster carers because it’s very difficult to find suitable foster families. Sparks Fostering invites the public to join us in our attempts to find suitable families and we compensate people for their efforts. Recruitment can be carried out informally, or with the support of Sparks Fostering. 

Plan and run a recruitment strategy with Sparks: People who run recruitment campaigns that bring referrals to Sparks Fostering will receive £2,000 for every referral that goes on to become a foster carer and care for a child for at least 3 months. 

Promote Sparks to your organisation: If you’re an employer or organisation with staff, volunteers, or regular attendees and if you’re willing to share information about Sparks Fostering with your members, you’ll receive £750 for every referral that goes on to become a foster carer and cares for a child for at least 3 months. 

Make a personal referral: If you personally know someone who may wish to foster for Sparks, refer them via the form below and you’ll receive £750 for every referral that goes on to become a foster carer and care for a child for at least 3 months.
