💫 Become a Sparks Fostering Ambassador

We believe that everyone can play a part in changing a child’s life — and that includes helping us find the right foster carers.

Whether you’re a student, professional, parent, or just passionate about making a difference, you can become a Sparks Fostering Ambassador.

🤝 What Ambassadors Do

Ambassadors help spread the word about fostering by:

  • Sharing information within their communities

  • Connecting us with potential foster carers

  • Creating short videos with local businesses or services

You won’t be asked to work directly with children or vulnerable adults. A simple agreement confirms your role and responsibilities.

💸 Ambassador Rewards

We offer cash incentives for each step of the fostering journey you help someone complete:

  • £20 for each 1-minute+ video filmed with a local business or community service

  • £50 when we complete a phone call with someone you referred

  • £100 when they complete their first training session

  • £200 when they are approved at fostering panel

  • £400 when they foster for 3 months

You’ll be paid promptly as each milestone is reached.

📣 Ambassador Managers

If you refer other ambassadors, you’ll earn 50% of whatever they earn. For example, if they earn £100, you receive £50 — just for connecting us.

All ambassadors receive:

  • Weekly online Ambassador Workshops (Thursdays, 12pm)

  • A free place on our 6-session certified training course

  • A Sparks T-shirt, flyers and posters

  • A personalised employment reference upon request
