Help Tackle the Fostering Crisis – Become a Volunteer Ambassador

Do you want to help alleviate the fostering crisis?
Join Sparks Fostering for an engaging session where you’ll learn how donating just a few hours of your time each month can make a real difference.

We’re building a team of Volunteer Ambassadors to help raise awareness and connect potential foster carers with the support they need. Whether you’re passionate about helping children or simply want to make a meaningful contribution to your community, this is a powerful way to get involved.

As a Volunteer Ambassador, you’ll also have the opportunity to receive a £2,000 referral fee for every foster carer you introduce to Sparks Fostering — once they’ve looked after a child for three months.

We’ll support you every step of the way, starting with our certified training programme, ‘Fundamentals of Fostering’. These sessions are led by an experienced fostering manager, who will be available to answer any questions you may have about fostering or working in children’s social care.

What to Expect:

Learn how to support Sparks Fostering as a Volunteer Ambassador
Access our certified ‘Fundamentals of Fostering’ training
Receive guidance from an experienced fostering manager
Make a lasting impact in children’s lives
Earn £2,000 for every successful foster carer referral (after 3 months of care)
