Management Oversight & Support for fostering placements

Sparks Fostering management maintains close oversight of the supervision of foster carers and of the work of staff. Managers have direct contact with foster carers and children, and records are audited regularly. 

Foster carers, children and partnership professionals are invited to speak with the Registered Manager whenever they wish to – details of the Registered Manager are on the Statement of Purpose. Discussions can be about suggestions, feedback, or just to find out more about Sparks Fostering. The Registered Manager is available to speak with others via phone, online video call, or in person.
